1:1 FACE TO FACE COUNSELLING

The conventional way of attending counselling sessions.

We will meet on a weekly basis to discuss any issues that you might be facing.

​

Clients often find benefit in having a safe and non judgemental space to offload any thoughts they may be having, whether it be about the past or the present. 

​

These sessions are used for you to check in every week and discuss whatever may be on your mind. 

​

Session are client led meaning that you decide what to bring to the session each week. The session is completely led by you.
